Is it possible to calculate the flop?

Hi
I was playing Omaha NL table today and I noticed that one player who had most chips in the table folds all the time and suddenly he bets big... or goes ALL-IN before the flop and wins that game every time.
Is it possible to calculate the flop?
Or is it possible to hack in somewhere in, to see players cards.
It seems to me very strange that player bets only at such point where he always wins. (offcourse its strange cos I never had such luck LOL)
BTW his hand is almost always nothing too promising... very often no pairs... no flush possible when looking at hand (in this case he wins with 3 of a kind) and so on.
