The IP address of the origin of all postings is recorded in the service database to aid in enforcing these conditions.

It is understood and agreed to, that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this service have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they deem this necessary. All information, data, and files you have posted will be stored in an On-Line Poker 66 database. While this information is stored the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or use of the information stored in this database.

From time to time postings within the site forum may be deemed spam. Spam is defined as, without limitation, a posting that is more appropriate to a personal message for a user home page or a chat window (within game or chat function) based on length, content, context in comparison to the thread or having been found to be in violation of one or more of the above listed unacceptable post constructs. Furthermore, personal attacks, posting of Private Message content, or chat content to the forum, without the expressed approval of all parties involved in the communication is a bannable offense. The site does not support any particular position with regard to the opinions expressed by its members. The site does however hold the right to remove postings and players / members who choose to violate these guidelines and create, or cause to be created, an environment that is not suitable for all viewers. Postings deemed to be spam or inflammatory on their face, will be deleted and the poster will be subject to penalty, up to and including immediately and permanently removed from using the system.

While the administrators and moderators of this system will attempt to remove or edit any objectionable material, it is impossible to review every message or file posted to the chat. Therefore, it is acknowledged that all posts, chat or messages made by you express your views and opinions and not those of the service administrators, moderators, webmaster, the On-Line Poker 66 staff, and On-Line Poker 66. If any member encounters a post, chat or message that they find objectionable they should record the information and forward it to a Moderator for appropriate action. The standards, guidelines, policy and procedure of On-Line Poker 66 maybe amended or modified, from time to time, as the owner(s) of the site see fit without advance notice to accommodate regional localization of these standards.

Free Chips are not to be passed/sold for cash to any other player on tables or by any other means on or off this site, If you are found to be in breach of this your account will be Banned and all chips removed. All play chips although free to use will remain the property of onlinepoker66.

Those who send content that is not permitted on this site WILL be removed (banned) from this site.

Those of you who are reading this and have content on your page, in the post, public message or albums, you need to REMOVE THIS CONTENT. If a moderator discovers it the objectionable content will be removed and you risk your account being suspended indefinitely.

The location information on your profile (shown on top right of forum posts too) MUST be a real geographical location EG; London, USA etc, and can't be used for anything else. You are of course free to keep it blank.

About SPAM : What is spam?

Spam posts may contain anything from a single link, to dozens of links. Text content is minimal, usually innocuous and unrelated to the forum's topic.

Important point about card shuffler
Due to numerous, recurring and missleading posts and threads about shuffling algorithm please read the following add to the rules ( applied to poker tables chat, main chat and forum ) : It is now against the rules to write anything related to cards drawings which could lead to create a rumour about a flaw in the algorithm. It means clearly you can't blame anymore the shuffler publicly here without having full proof of it.

Why do we need to apply that "censorship"? Such bad stories about shuffling are hitting all poker websites worldwide simply because poker is a psychological game building that "rivered" feeling, luckily poker is too a strong mathematical game where odds & drawings can be analyzed and that's what is beeing done here : The shuffler is far better than any real life drawing (meaning you will have less chance to be able to predict the result than in real life poker), all the past hands are perfectly matching poker odds and so will be the future ones.

We can't let newcomers or anyone reading our forum think our shuffler is rigged when it isn't the case, numerous bad beats posts blaming shuffler will create such feeling and in no case our own forum could lead newbies to wrong information like that.

"I still strongly feel the drawings aren't perfect : How should I voice my opinion"? Fine, if you still want to say the rivers are bugged you will need to investigate through your Hand history (players using download version got all hands saved in their personal directory) and build a documented thread with something showing a flaw compared to poker odds. We will be happy to seriously annalyze those drawings with the help of our tech team. Please understand we are not talking about selected hands and 10 or even 50 hands won't prove anything, select a sufficient amount of hands and do not filter those. Poker is a math game and any statistic need numerous drawings to have a meaning, we have no reason to do not provide you with the best shuffling system so please take time to investigate before hurting our hard work.
