Smile Searching for a good cash game book

Hello,

I've read Cadillac poker and "the harringtons on hold 'em" but could someone indicate me a good Cash game poker book? I'm unable to found one .

Are the harrington on cash game also good?

Thanks

If you`re looking to play in an actual game as opposed to playing online , A must read is CARO`S BOOK OF TELLS , if you`re playing average players it really does work , Ok its not about strategy but we give SO much away with body language & the tips & tricks in this book are easy to understand & learn, Unfortunately its no good at all for online play

You did not say whether you wanted to play Low Limit or something like $1/$3 no-limit.

Following are a few books and a quick synopsis of each one. Hope that this helps.

Winning Low Limit Hold?em by Author: Lee Jones

For the last ten years, Winning Low Limit Hold?em has been the reference standard introduction to Texas Hold?em. Experienced hold?em players give this book to their friends who want to learn the game. Recently updated and expanded to include coverage of online poker and no-limit hold?em single-table tournaments, this is the one book that you need to start your hold?em career. "I always thought poker was a game of luck. After reading Lee's book and applying the techniques recommended, it was as if I were in The Matrix. It all came clear to me. I simply saw the truth at the poker table." - Antonio "The Magician" Esfandiari, Winner, 2004 L.A. Poker Classic and 2004 World Series of Poker $2000 Pot Limit Hold'em event. "I wish this book had been out when I started playing hold?em, because it is a great way to learn the game. If you want to put yourself on the path to becoming a top hold'em player, Lee's book is the place to start." - Greg Raymer, Champion, 2004 World Series of Poker.

Small Stakes Hold 'em: Winning Big with Expert Play by Author: Edward Miller

From the Publisher:
For today's poker players, Texas hold 'em is the game. Every day, tens of thousands of small stakes hold 'em games are played all over the world in homes, card rooms, and on the Internet. These games can be very profitable -- if you play well. But most people don't play well and end up leaving their money on the table.
Small Stakes Hold 'em: Winning Big with Expert Play explains everything you need to be a big winner. Unlike many other books about small stakes games, it teaches the aggressive and attacking style used by all professional players. However, it does not simply tell you to play aggressively; it shows you exactly how to make expert decisions through numerous clear and detailed examples.
Small Stakes Hold 'em teaches you to think like a professional player. Topics include implied odds, pot equity, speculative hands, position, the importance of being suited, hand categories, counting outs, evaluating the flop, large pots versus small pots, protecting your hand, betting for value on the river, and playing overcards. In addition, after you learn the winning concepts, test your skills with over fifty hand quizzes that present you with common and critical hold 'em decisions. Choose your action, then compare it to the authors' play and reasoning.
This text presents cutting-edge ideas in straightforward language. It is the most thorough and accurate discussion of small stakes hold 'em available. Your opponents will read this book; make sure you do, too!

Phil Gordon's Little Green Book: Lessons and Teachings in No Limit Texas Hold'em

The green book is a No limit texas holdem bible including everything needed and it is for beginners to experts (if you think you are an expert, read it and you'll see what I mean, it's simply full of tips

- The blue book is a must read after the green one : Tons of hands annalysed including phils gordon experience at the final table of world series of poker.

Try super system by Doyle Brunson. It's the best book you will find.

Yes harrington on cash game is good. There is a shortage of good cash game books, I suggest you keep practising yourself, read these forums, ask questions, etc.

I have read several poker books including harrington on holdem expert tournament strategies parts 2 and 3. I thought the books were good but Personally they didnt help me much and I would say they are aimed at a more intermediate skill level. Having said that I have just read a relatively new book by Gus hansen called every hand revealed. Its basically a complete hands history of his Aussie millions win. A superb poker book that I would recommend to anyone who is serious about winning cash at the poker table. If you want expert strategy then this is the book you need. Get the book and improve your game!10/10 from me.

Thanks for the advice, but as I'm far from an expert I will begin with the first ones

(And take note of the last for a close future )

It is, its shown me where my mistakes were. I used to model after gus and some other squeeze players. His book opened my eyes to a lot of my bad reads.
