Default Free play to Cash play

How many of you started to play free poker only to move on to play for real money? Did it work out for you?

I played on the freeside for about 1 year before making my first deposit of $30. Got this up to $90 before rather foolishly and all too quickly losing it. Recently turned an Outlaws Voucher into $10, and currently hold a Step 4 WSOP voucher but been waiting for a table for this for about 3 months.
Much better game on the cash side especially the double up tables and Outlaws tournament (yes, still).

I've just really started to play poker and it's pretty good fun. Love the idea of playing for free, but from what I've notice so far, people will play any hand and place stupid bets as they can just 'rebuy' for nothing. That's the only down side I've noticed so far.

get used to it m8...the "bingo" players seem to be on every table i play at...not so much on the real money side but you still get some... on the plus side i just won $7 from a "bingo" player on the low stake ring tables

Welcome to op66 and good luck on the tables
