How do you buy the lottery tickets

SINCE BULLETS HAVE BECOME PRACTICALLY WORTHLESS I have been wanting to join in on the lotterys that r advertised on my home page but every time i click on the get free ticket it does nothing so i have been looking for how to buy them with my bullets but cant find anywhere? could some1 tell me where to find this since with bullets going 36 for .10 they really r worthless to me!

So I sort of agree with Jayycin about the lottery with respect to Outlaws... at least, for a player who's reached the higher levels, the 'wins' there are minimal, at best... but what the hay, I still grab the ticket... nice to win the occasional bullet(s), etc. However, if you were a newbie in Outlaws, similar to what I've found with the lottery on Slaves, it's been a real god-send... e.g., 4 times in Slaves, I've won the $100,000 prize... because we all started from ground zero in that game, it's been a very helpful boost. I also like (w/ Slaves) the daily voting, as it delivers EXP's, a bullet, and a 100% replenishment of HP's.
