Missing Competences from the POKER SHOP

All should have a quick look at the competences you have bought from the shop.....

I have 8 points missing from my intellegence and 12 form my poker face I spoke with 24/7 help "Thomas" he identified that they are indeed missing..... He told me to wait a couple of hours they would be there.......................
Over half a day later still to no avail

We are meant to be spending real money into this, yet i am unable to win challenges because i am missing a huge chuck of my competences when heaven only knows how long they have been missing for......
I will certainly be thinking twice before spending any real money at this point.
Help asap would be greatly appreciated

how can you tell if they are missing i didnt record what i bought

Count up what u have from the hat, cape, sunglasses and house and see if it adds up to the competencies that appear in yellow under your name in your home

The ones in green are the ones you buy at your home, the red numbers are from boosts and purple from cards

The yellow ones are the ones you get from the poker shop
They are the problem ones

i just checked im missing some also!!!!!!!!!!! bluff alone i should have +17 and only have +11 have issues in the other stas also!

have you got them aquiped ? you need to do this in home after you have brought them from the shop !

you can only use 1 from each section at a time !

and your Competences from your home dose not show but it is ther when chalenged !

Yes everything is equiped

"Thomas" at 24/7 help recognized they are definately missing from the house as u can not equip that item

equiped here also the numbers dont add up i should have +6 glasses +3 hat +8 shirt in bluff

my total bluff bonus for the items im getting is only +11 i am missing 6 in bluff that i should be getting


i know about the house it kicks in during "battle"

if its the Competences from your house thay will always be missing as the dont show up unless your chalenged if you look in your game box at a time you wher chalenged by a player you will see this is the only time your Competences from your home works

have you tryed unaquiping your glasses the aquiping them as that seems to be what your missing

I just challenged a computer player and crossed checked the results against my home and i noticed all my home points are not being recognised.

9 from intelligence and 13 from pokerface, Its not adding up.

Sent an email to tech support still waiting reply on my problem (sent email 13 hours ago) will send another for resolve....

Did a fresh challenge just now...looked at my competencies and no they are all missing my 8 intel and 12 pokerface, The one in my game box must have had bonus equipped

again the points from your home dont get used agansed GAME carecters ONLY when chalenged by a real player

if it was you that chalenged a player thats why ! your home points ONLY get used when a real player chalenges YOU

it is a strang way of doing it i must say would seem simpler if all the points got use all the time but then i gess youd need to see all your oponent points (as it is you dont see there house points or any points thay have from boneses ) but then i ges that would take something away from the game as youd always know witch players you can beat but like this you never know lol i know i cant beat 1 serten player (not telling you hwo lol ) even though when i look at ther points it always looks like id win hands down but never do

Two things here :
1) live chat will provide support only for poker tables, use forum for Outlaws.
2) As you noticed homes are only used when you are challenged by another real player... I have tested myself and I don't see what is missing and where outside points from homes. Please advice, there was no change so it hasn't "been fixed".
