Default player challenges

I don't challenge other players anymore, no matter what the stats say if i initiate the challenge I lose automatically. If I defend a challenge I win about 20% of the time so there is no point other than to increase the number of challenges performed. I'll just stick with my 30 npcs / day. At least in poker luck has a roll to play, but not in outlaws.

If you are losing ALL your challenges it is because you have trained your player badly OR are challenging players who are much stronger.
Look at your stats, possibly focus on increasing bluff and read this is the most popular way of making your character stronger.
