Default total Newbie question

Hi All,

I'm kind of confused about the whole competencies/level thing. Does this mean that each time I level, there's only so much FC that I can spend towards certain things (i.e. house, equipment, stats) and I have to wait until next level before I can spend more FC?

Also I'm under the impression that better equipement will be available in later levels, so should I try to buy something cheaper now and keep upgrading it, or save up for some really nice equipment?

Thanks so much!

Waa, that means I have to wait a really long time to save up for something worthwhile. I would think it would be better to make sure i've got as many boosts as possible for my particular level at any given time.

remember, as you level up, the amount of fc`s you earn as a dealer goes up too. at level 51 you earn 150,000 p/h with bullet boost lol...

now THAT I wasn't aware of. I suppose it's just like any other RPG in that sense.
