no, you are free to use it anytime

"a new cash account" = ban for multiple account...
If you want to register to an Outlaws tournament you must have a real money account but all play money accounts can be activated as real money account at anytime by filling the extra needed fields.
Open lobby => go to "my account" => the webpages afterward list an "upgrade" link

when is the next ultra??? play it yesterday pretty good and fast wanna get a voucher cuz is the only way i will be able to play outlaws since there's is a problem w/ my CC and been triying to deposit for the las 5 weeks now lol no luck 4 me op deparment working on it well i guess a have to wait for them lol cuz is the only cc i got gl all in the new game hope to c ya there later

yes sorry for your CC issue, can't help more than what deposit department is doing.

I bet you know for the next ultra as I see you registered but for others as a reminder : We have 4 daily Ultra Outlaws each time 3 hours after our classic OP66 free ones and listed in fun tournament tab too.

they are in the old outlaws timeslot. outlaws tourneys are now 1 hour later. next ultra is 20 minutes from now...

wow just played my 1st 1 of these i forgot how agresive these speed torny can be lol but gr8 fun though
my only worry is that pepol might try to play the outlaw torny with the same play sitle as it would be a shame to spoil the standed of play there i gess only time will tell
