3 star 9 heart for 3 star 9 club please

I'm a new player in Outlaws city. I developed my character to 9th level and now I restarted the game, cuz I found out that before each level up if I use BK boosters my PC would be considerably larger down the road.

Well, right now thanks to General Yeo I have 3-star 9 spade and 3 star 9 heart. But I want to develop my BLF and REA skills. So I need 9 club.

Therefore I'd appreciate if anyone here would agree to exchange my 9 hearts to 9 clubs. Please make a direct trade of 9 clubs for 1 bullit to me and I'll give you 9 of hearts for 1 bullit.
