it seems as though the date may be an issue with a few that i have spoken too....lets make it a confirmed date of November 14 2009 and now maybe we can all work towards attending the Aussie OP66 party. venue may have to change due to lack of numbers at this stage...but i am sure we can still make a go of this

i donno about everyone else, but i think it would be good to either hold it in melbourne or sydney, alot more players from there i think , less traveling, and alot of poker action on the side ie. crown / star casino.

If we can get this one organised and off the ground. Its highly possible with the success of the first party that this would become an annual event. With high chance of a rotating location. So people who make the effort to travel to attend this one, will be rewarded by having a home one in the future.. It will all even out in the end.
