OMG.....wished I coulda put vote in that I would be there, but it's not going to happen. Due to one extreme to the other. Loosing my business to the biggest decision of my life, moving to Texas next month. I wish everyone going much luck and good times! Just please take lots of pics. Oh and post 'em.

I have been waiting for this party for the longest time, but I think I might be a no show. Seeing how California is broke I only received $600 this semester, which after books, parking permit, and gas for the commute leaves me with -$300. Hopefully I win the lottery or something and can make it, but most likely not so I hope all of you have a blast.

ok bout a month left til vegas party anyone's welcome ok im not very good at organizin anything but here it goes...............HELP !

im passin out my cell phone number to a few folks but beware check your plan or contract first. its free for me to receive a call but almost 2 dollars a minute to place a call to anyone outside my contract so i paid 3 dollars for international plan for 4 days only.

need some help on a suitable meeting place for friday night on oct 23rd for party and if we need to pay for and or reserve table or two for poker on sat and sun. any ideas? cause i dont want to meet at burger king and play poker on the sidewalk

Ok, I've got an idea. Along with my phone number, I can send my full name as well. That way anyone can reach me in my room. I don't have international calling, and just checked on it...it's expensive!!

Or, if people are bringing laptops, they can pm each other where we are and what rooms we are in. I am not, so will have to count on someone else to do that, but they may also have use of computers as some hotels here do. I will have to look into that.

As for the meeting place, there is a bar in the casino, so I suggest we a pick a time and all meet there. The party though, I think would be better at the Riviera across the street. It's much nicer and no clowns! I don't think we need to book any room for that. I'll be going Thursday night, so if we need to make reservations at the restaurant, I can do it after I check in and know exactly how many people are going to be there. Then we can go to the bar and just take over a few tables there.

As for the poker tables, I don't see a problem with the amount of people that are going. I'm sure we can over take any table we want to there as well. But, I will look into that as well if it'll make you feel more comfortable about it.

And....I have ordered trophies for second and 3rd places. They aren't as nice as Earp's 1st place one since as I've stated money is tight right now, but I did want to contribute something. I am also working on welcome gifts, but not sure if I can get them arranged in time. I've been very busy and personal time is short.

Im not gonna be able to go planning on a trip to Spokane to see family in late October and just dont have the cash for flight, etc. for vegas. Grrrr hopefully next time. Enjoy and take tons and tons and tons of pictures.
