i've just spoke with the manager of hotel, deposits was due on aug 17th as they was gonna have to close one side of hotel off for us...they have not been able to contact hands in wks.... its lookin like we gonna have to pay for rooms again tho a 10% deposit needs to be paid asap...if ppl could let me know asap if they comin i will pay the deposit myself on my card....

only person tht will in lava and he wont be allowed to give tht information out.... i'll put the link up for everyone who wants to book rooms their selves and also i dnt mind payin the room deposits on my card and ppl can sort rest out on day they there..i have no issue doin tht and then at least ppl dnt have to hand ova more cash

Ok folks Missy has kindly offered to rebook the hotel using her card as deposit, so she doesnt end up depositing for rooms already booked privately or anything.

I know shes going to Pm everyone to confirm things but can you please also post in here so we can see whos going and if they need a room booked for them or are doing it themselves.

We will also need these numbers and the number of people who are coming to the party but arent staying for the buffet.

PLEASE GUYS LETS PULL THIS AROUND AND MAKE IT THE BEST PARTY YET!!

i'm pretty sure everyone's deposits are safe, i'll try to get more info and post,and find out how there to be refunded.

might it not be best if we all book direct with the hotel, then get figures for buffet and things about a week b4, maybe then kez and arrange with hotel if she dont mind.

i will book a disco tomorrow...ppl need to book rooms quickly cos they canceled are agreement due to non payment of deposit..so they started takin bookins again, im callin tomorrow so i need as much info as poss...pm's been sent so lets get this party goin!!!!! whooop whooop

Yes Clare a few of us paid . I paid Hands for room and buffet but the deposits werent paid to the hotel so they need to be rebooked and the deposit etc repaid.

Kez needs to give the hotel numbers tomorrow so please EVERYONE pm her back with how many nights, what kind of room and if you are going to book direct or be part of the block booking that shes putting the deposit for on her card.

OMG,is this a bit spooky............
I was working in a office today and out of the window i saw a smartly dressed guy who looked so like Hans that i did a double take,then a triple take,then had to stare at him to figure out if it was him or not.
Hans definately has a twin out there.
The guy i saw was perhaps a few inches shorter and slighty better built but the suit&shirt he was wearing were practically the same as what he wore at the party.
Then i get home and read this thread
