I dont think we would be able to withdraw the funds as it needs his authority, he needs to either write cheques or make transfer payments or sorry to say it but we get the police involved, he cant just duck out of it with no explanation expecting you and others to sort it out,

And also he say can you put the comments or information on the poker form that hans had an accident and he is still in the hospital.

obviously we dont know what situation hands is in, but wondering if we try and get in touch with him at hospital, then maybe he could arrange with the bank for someone else to have "access" to it and refund.

or even ask the bank to do it for him
