N. American Party WHEN Poll

Hey folks.....This is the 2009 North American "WHEN" Party Poll.....Gonna do this one in two steps.....First we will vote on a month (preliminarys).....Once the month is decided we will vote on which weekend of that month.........suggestions on how long we should let the preliminary voting go on for are MORE THAN WELCOME....so after you vote feel free to post a suggestion as to when we should stop the voting......

ATTN: Everyone please keep 4 things in mind when voting.....

#1. Travel expenses will be much cheaper if we avoid holiday weekends.

#2. Due to some peoples schedules and/or childrens schedules they may only be able to travel on holiday weekends.

#3. The weekend of november 14th is our friends party over in Austrailia and we don't want to interfere with anyones plans on attending nor do we want to keep our friends overseas from attending our party here in America.

#4. With the above things in mind.....MAJORITY RULES...NO MATTER WHAT.

Are you talking 2009 or 2010? Location would make a difference as far as the weather and where it is to be held. I.e. Florida, Las Vegas and Texas in the summer would be to hot for whimpy me!

So far, it's leaning more towards Florida or Nevada, but seeing as most time will be spent indoors, I don't think the weather should be much of an issue.

Though we didn't put an end date for the polls, I'd say by the end of March should be enough time to decide when and where it'll be, and enough time to plan it.

I agree that the poll should be closed as of april 1st......if anybody has any objections please voice your opinion.........this is OUR party......majority rules................unless of course.......the majority wants the minority to rule...........I could go on forever.....lol

Seriously, isn't it about to be 5 am in Florida? Someone's up late, or early. Depends how you look at it huh? I think April 1 is more than enough time, maybe you might consider closing it earlier. If not people still have 10 days to vote.
