i have rang hotel and confirmed, they need payment for function room and buffet by 12th sept, i have told them u will ring and pay them, they are sending me an email, with a ref for room booking which evry1 has to quote when they ring to get discount

Just had a look at the Westmead
Very nice hotel and very reasonable price.
Great find Pam.
Trust a posh Pam to find us a lovely venue.
Think the bar bill may be very high though.

was the hotel i stayed at last time, is a nice hotel, only prob is its a bit out the way for pubs etc:

but easy and cheap enough to get a few taxi's somewhere.

also last time i booked through "hotels firect" and was cheaper than booking direct with hotel
