hands, if its now going to be in a hotel, u'll need to do another poll as a lot of people said 'no' on account of the camping issue...we'll also need a rough idea of how much its gunna cost before we pay a deposit, dont wanna pay a deposit of £20 if its gunna cost £200 altogether ...look for a venue, give us a rough idea of how much its gunna be, and then take it from there....?

It looks like there is something not clear for some ppl as they not read all of my updates !!!!!!!

So to make it clear for all the party will be at a hotel NOT ON A CAMPSITE !!!

By SUNDAY i will know where an how much it will be .

I'm still sorting out the hotel's an how much discount we getting on room's as well as

the buffee an function room .

There was a poll for the first party and Birmingham won by one or two votes only.
Maybe it would be a good idea to hold another one to get more members interested?

as mentioned in my pm hands, i'm also thinking of other site members. it is not laziness at all, it is also unfair that the birmingham people have not had to travel on both occasions. i just think a poll should have been done, as said by backdoorbetty. it is obviously the fair way to do things. or do we just have to have it where you say because you are organising it? i see the girls who organised the last one didnt do that.
