The place i found is the

function room is booked for both day's at not extra coast

Friday i have a little poker tourney plant

Saturday we party till ................... last man/woman standing

( no fixed end as long as we have the hotel to our self )

I dont think alot of people committed until the last minute for the last UK party and even more just turned up unexpected.
