Hi, just done. As it is a holiday weekend in the US, and a regular weekend everywhere else, there was a bit of a backlog.

It usually takes 24 hours for the avatars to be approved, over the weekends it can take until Monday.

In any event, it is done.

PLEASE, if you upload an avatar, give enough time for us to update it and remember you can change it once a month.

Today there were a number of uploads where the same person uploaded multiple times, sometimes with the same avatar. Only your most recent upload will be approved if you send multiple files, but we still have to do the same amount of work to get the request cleared.

PLEASE when you upload an avatar from the Options in the download version, the system shows you a preview of the avatar, if you do not like it there, do not expect to like it in the actual game.

I am seeing multiple uploads within a few minutes of approval.

Check your preview to make sure you like it, and will for a while.

launch the lobby and go into options then avatar tab and follow instructions there.

Hi all I am completely computer illiterate and before reading this post referred to me my ausangel.. (ty aus).. I'm afraid I did everything wrong. I went to the lobby options there came a white screen with ok and apply on the bottom.. apply didn't work for me so I pressed ok ...nothing seemed to happen so I pressed change avatar (so sorry if I'm 1 of the ones backing you guys up) I did this several times (remember I'm comp illiterate...lol) Now I seemed to have just made a mess of it. Can you tell me where I stand on the approval part and if I need 2 start over. Again I am sorry (and very embarrassed) for any problems I might have caused ty for any help in this matter ...p.s. I promise to have someone else here at home do whatever it is that needs to be done .

I was just looking at uploading an avatar, when I went into the options panel I did not have an avatar tab. After finding a post by Ausangel saying that avatars can only be uploaded on the download version I went there to download it and lo and behold there isn't a client for mac users.

Is there going to be a downloadable version for mac users? After all it's not like we're the Linux geeks and only 6 people in the universe use it. I'm sure a lot of people on here use a mac.

I want to upload a new table avatar.
What is the maximum file size accepted?
What file types are accepted?

24/7 help where able to tell me that jpg & png file types are accepted but they have no idea how large the file can be.
I thought this was a simple enough question to answer. I just hope i never have a serious issue with the network because i really doubt they are capable of resolving any issues.
I will try to find out through trial & error to discover the answer and let you all know.

No error message when i uploaded
180 x 180 png 38.5KB
Because of no error message, im not going to try it again as the moderators would have more work to do. Perhaps i will try again but that will be next month now.

If I remember correctly 180X180 is the square size, but remember the avatar is round so you need to make sure you have a border if you want the whole picture to show.

It is really the maximum file size now that im trying to figure out. The bigger the file size, the better the quality of image.
