i'am haveing the same problem that stuglyph is have and lost around 950,000 i know refunds are down. but??????????

My problem is understanding my chip limit options. Or where I might change some of my options.
Example: This happened/happens.
I've entered the table. The limit is say 2K and this is all I can start to play with. My options won't allow me to choose "All my chips" I understand this but others can enter the table later using all their chips. So where my option is limited theirs is not. Why? This leads to opening bets of more than the table limit causing complaints from players.
Also I've tried to click "My Home" on the right of the table page above the cashier to see if I had some options there but nothing happens.
I can only wave my hand at it and depress the tab. LOL
Can I get any help or an explaination for this?

I think you were on table with a buyin of 2K
Others players may be just won lot of chips and in this case they come back with the chips there are won before.

I'm really fed up since all these changes. I've tried to get used to it but i cant. I'm on zero chips and i cant refresh them to 1000. I spoke online chat with a op66 person and they said i couldnt until the following day but i had not refreshed the chips once. I tried yesterday no luck. Can you tell me how or send me the link? I'm fed up of hourly free rolls lol

Hi all.. My internet has been of for 4 weeks now due to a massive bill.. LOL.. But i sorted now and ive just loged bk on to my favorite internet game and it all gone mad on me.. LOL.. The home page has changed and it wont let me loggin.. It lets me logg into forum ok and read messages and stuff but i dont know how to acces new tables... Can sum one plz explain.. PLz Plz.... Jedikight...Thanks for the support...I hope it gets some kind of reply & just maybe resolve my problems. At this point it dosen't matter if I lost 200000+ chips...I just want to be able to log on and play again.

On the logon and startup page you got a button to reset your chips to 1000, (3 times a day )

OMG wots gone on I go away for 2wks and come back to find its all gone mad here, I cant get into the free money side keeps telling me i am an invalid player I hope to god this doesnt mean i have lost all my chips as i was just starting to do some good, can some1 please please help me asap.

You have to open a nic on the money side then you should be able to transfer your chip for the old site over. Make it exactly the same as your old site 1 and it should be ok.

Then you might have problems a lot have but they are getting sorted, so just post back here if it wont work for you.

Luckily I was ok some had to change their name but it is better to leave it to the mods to help you if your having trouble as it can get more muddled. Hope this helps and you get on ok.
