Help! i just converted 2000 credits to chips and now it says i have less than 1000 chips so i can not convert....no chips are showing up. when i went to convert them i had 2,964 credits showing.

Seems there is an error with the converter. You are the 3RD member that has experienced this.

im glad i didnt actually convert then coz mine came up with an error but stil gave me the option to convert

So what do we do now... i was also getting an error on the reload page...that is why i decided to go ahead and convert chips

hiya can any mods help with this please, i just went through the credits converter thread to weigh in a 1000 credits, after i'd click on the exchange 1000 credits option i noticed a warning above it about an invalid pathway for the converter, anyway its deducted the 1000 credits but hasnt give me the 10,000 chips.


ive just noticed the quote from shauns thread above mine and thats exactly what it said except mine also had reference to my username.

Has happened to several of us. They are working on it. The error message popped up after I had tried to convert chips. Guess we just have to wait until they get it fixed.

SAME THING HERE, I DON'T HAVE MANY CREDITS SO I CAN'T EVEN TRY AGAIN, I GET VIRTUALLY NO CREDITS FOR ANYTHING I DO ON THE FORUM, I HAD 1800 OR SO CREDITS AND I JUST TRIED TO CONVERT 1000 OF 'EM AND THEY HAVE GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NO CHIPS FOR ME

can't renew my chips to 1000 (after I lost them)....is there a problem with the site...or is it just me????

Hope this is in the right place but I came across a bug today.

Blinds were 100/200 and I was Big Blind and dealt JJ. Two players limped in and then a third went all-in with 290 chips. Since this is not a legal raise I was only given the option of calling or folding. However, this is wrong as I had not yet acted on the hand and should have been given the option of raising.

As a result the other two limpers called (after all it was only another 90 chips and they couldn't be raised) and one of them hit their raggy queen on the flop. Would they still have been in the hand if I had made my usual raise to about 800 pre-flop? They shouldn't have been but I'll never get the chance to find out.

On another note I've also noticed that, in the tournaments, when the player who would be the next small blind is eliminated the small blind passes to the player who would be the next big blind rather than just having a big blind as should happen.

good morning mods, just passing thru to check whats happening with the credit converter and reload bug. i'm hoping it'll be sorted by the time i get home from work in 10 hrs as i like to chill and play a few games before bed.
unfortunately ive still not got my 10,000 chips from the credit convertion i made last night nor have i got my 1000 creds back. ive tried reloading through my profile page and all i get is a blank page still. ive only got 19 chips left and i doubt i can get on any tables with that.
hope it gets sorted before i finish work.

Glad to see it wasn't just me. I still haven't gotten my chips and lost my credits as well.
