Any way to stop the email notifications for Tournement results?

Hi,

Checked my emails today and I got all these emails from op66 telling me where I placed in all the tournaments I played (freeroll + OP66 tourneys)

Is there any way to stop this otherwise I get a crazy amount of emails from op66 that i dont want.
