Hi, BL. Sorry to bother you with this but I've been on to 24/7 support, and they can't help me...
I've had five consecutive days of really bad beats, and as a result, I need to convert one of my LPs to chips. I was told the converter is not working yet but that if I asked NICELY, your team might be able to do it manually for me. Could I ask you, PLEEEEASE, to convert one of my LPs to 5 million chips? I just don't want to go back to the smaller tables, as they're all just bingo players. I would sincerely appreciate your help with this, because I won't be able to play till this is done.

So, a couple hours later, can I take it that nothing is going to be done about converting one LP into chips for me?

And while I'm having a moan, I am CONSTANTLY getting disconnected from the tables, and it's really, really, REALLY starting to pee me off. For example, while waiting for my chips conversion, I went to a small table, full of bingo players. I waited patiently, was dealt pocket j's, and when the flop came out, lo and behold, there was another j! With two smaller cards, none connected. But the bingo player across from me went all in anyway, and when I tried to call, my screen froze, and by the time I was reconnected, the hand had ended, and jerk-o bingo head had taken the chips and run off. I lost 3600 in that hand, and I'd like them back! I have to say, after all the build up to the new site, and the SERIOUS delays we experienced waiting for it to get up and running, that it is becoming more and more obvious--blatantly so--that the old bugs still haven't been worked out, and there are a whole bunch of new ones to contend with now. When I get disconnected for the zillionth time, the message comes up, "....Attempt 1, server 20..." What on earth is that about??? No other site I've ever visited has the kinds of issues this one does, and it's beginning to ruin the experience completely. I really have enjoyed the people I've met here, but the CONSTANT problems have seriously spoiled that enjoyment. I don't know what the solution is, but we were led to believe that everything was going to be fine and dandy with this new script. Clearly, that is not the case.

I wish all of you the best, and I'll probably see you around the tables, in spite of my serious current feelings about this site, because I do enjoy the people, but "Welcome to the finest poker experience..."? Please don't. It hurts when I laugh. And I was just disconnected again while typing this. Other people are having the same problem, so please don't tell me it's anything to do with my browser, fire walls, which way the wind is blowing or any of that other rubbish. Just fix it!

In fact the forum and the poker script are on completely different server , so it's really strange to have problems of disconnection on both. The new script works better for most of the people (for me no disconnection since the lauch, but I've seen some explained on the forum)

anyway, I understand that you're upset and we'll check for your convertion : it's also new for me

Very much appreciated, thanks Just curious, any idea how long before I have my 5 million chips? I only ask because it's 13 hours since your message was posted, and nothing has happened yet. I logged on this morning more in hope than expectation, but nothing has been added. And just for what it's worth, I was disconnected again, 3 times, after I posted that script yesterday. Totally bizarre, but I've been told by other players at the table that it happens to them all the time, too. On the old script, I was maybe disconnected three times a month, now it's--literally, honestly and truly--more like 3 times every half hour or so. Will be glad of any updates. I'll check back later. But thanks for at least coming back to me with an answer.
