Having a few problems

that's what I will check with tech too of course but I would vote for ISP related story or internet connectivity between isp and game server as explained in last message

They don't get the issue, have you got any luck trying with someone else having same ISP than you?
Or perhaps a test with another computer on same IP than you too...
I'll ask again tomorrow, another tech who could investigate will be there.

Have you tried disabling your anti virus...just while you download the program?

sorry still have no fix for you, it would really help if you could try to play from another nearby place using the same ISP : That way it would confirm or not if the issue is between your ISP and game servers here

managed to try the laptop but still no joy.

so atleast now i know its not my pc. Router is set up fine, so ill just have to assume its either my IP being blocked or for some reason my isp now denies the site.

Any other ideas?

I will write to tech again with that additional info, it would still help if you know someone else using same ISP who could test so we could know if it's related to your IP (or IP group) or ISP rules.
