Hi,

this is the thread for the one who created a new account instead of using their classic forum account : We will need to check each case individually and make the deletes/renames manually so please post here and be patient (we have loads of work to finish the poker room at the same time).

I had 2 names on old account charles5 and then one day aftyer a black out I was told to change it so I changed to charles6 which is what Iam using now...for old script and new script..but still have chips in charles5 on old script any help on your end is greatly appreciated to recover the chips from charles5..if you need any more from please ask thanks

hey, i accidentally made a new account under the name 'Quackers_WTD' instead of just renaming automatically...i just want this new account deleted so i would be able to rename 'Quackers' to the aforementioned

i get this when i log in dont know if my brother used my comp when he joined or are aunty,s tracey123 and thats why im getting this warning would not like to be banned as i only have 1 account kind regards smithy

Hi Lava and all. I created a new account greg1163 because my previous (greg1106)was taken. I'm happy to go back to greg1106 if that's easier to set up and that way I wont need to transfer chips and credits. If it can't be done, then I will stick with greg1163.

Please dont be mad!!! I didnt know it was against the rules to have 2 accounts.. when I first joined my nik was War_n_tea, I soon realised i could not get forum access, I posted several times and contacted 24/7 to try and resolve the prob but could never get it sorted.. I opened a second account which works fine now, this is War_n_tea_2, please could you delete the other (War_n_tea). P.S if theres any chips there a quick transfer would be great.. lol

the account i am using to send this message i have made up on a friends computer to try to eliminate any further problems as i can not log into anything from my own pc

It seems that I accidentally created a new account instead of renaming the old one. My old nickname was Eerie. My new one is Eerie1. How can I transfer my chips from the old nickname to the new one. I've grown rather fond of those chips and would like to hold onto them.

You im-ed me to remind you on this particular thread because of how busy you are that there are 2 accounts opened on my e-mail where there should only be 1. Please delete Jasmime07 as I have had to change my e-mail address because for some reason what I had already set up from my home e-mail was "invalid" when I re-registered and I had to use my work e-mail which in turn was another ip that was being used by my employee. (who by the way set up her own cash account) and has not used Jasmine07 in months.. I asked a mod before I did this and he said it would be fine. I hope to cause you no further problems please just delete the Jasmine07 for me whenever you can... and if you need me to stay at my original ip address please let me know how ... it keeps comming back invalid... I dont't get it...anyways thankyou in advance ...bye

Ok, if my new account can't be deleted, then i would like everything from THIS account to be moved over to my NEW account.

I.e, all my pics, credits, posts, friends list, signiture, kitchen sink from 'Quackers' to be transferred to 'Quackers_WTD'...and then delete my old account, keeping my new one.

I wish not to be impatient, but i have asked for this for most of this past week now- and i can see ppl with similar problems to me have had their "problem solved"- whichever is easier for the mods to do, plz do so, as until then i cannot play on the new script with my chips (no i'm not playing on the lower limit bingo tables with 1000 chips starting)

Either just delete my new account made, so i can simply rename my old account to tht name- or perform the aforementioned... Unless there are reasons why neither can be performed, of which i have not been informed of yet
