Hi. My free chips haven't followed me to the new site. My name on the old site was Mandy22 and my username on the new site is mandydaniels. I had about 2 million + chips. Is it possible to get them back or do i have to start from scratch? Thanks x

We won't transfer chips from duplicated accounts to new account. Creating multiple accounts is against the rules, we just accept the error as registrations steps aren't crystal clear but we can't transfer chips between your own new script accounts...
(And anyway we can't as for many we have yet deleted the duplicated accounts)

yes no worry, everything will be forwarded to your normal account, please never use again the other one, it will be deleted soon but for now we just add DEL to the nick there in order to keep IP track.


This was your PM saying balance would be transfered and that you added the DEL to the account name. I did not make the duplicate account.

hello, as suggested by black lava, i am posting here about my current chip and medal issues. on the old script, my name (forum and tables )was pinkfaerie but it appeared as shirlb288 on the toplists, i think this affected my chips aswell and although i did not have 2 accounts i had duplicate information under 2 names. i had asked for this to be sorted by variouse mods and bl but it always seemed impossible.
now we are on new script i seem to have 10 million chips ( 2lp) and all medals missing.
bl has said that this needs to be sorted manually and i would appreciate you doing this as soon as you can.
for medals look under shirlb288 on old lists it should be 16 or 17 golds 4or5 silvers and 9 or 10 bronze ( cant remember details but i was 10th in all time list on previouse site. for chips, i had round about 25 mil , now i have 5 mil and 2 lp
