No site is totally stable but you can be sure to find a completely different uptime : Tested a lot of things through last month and I've experienced no downtime at all.
The script include a very great auto-reconnection system if you experience internet issues from your end too.

No, tables have no timebank (that's why ultra turbos could be possible too)

1. Play chips yes, even if the transfer system isn't fully ready any super moderator will be able to transfer play chips so no worry. Real money : I'm discussing that point with actual network and new one, to see if a direct transfer could be possible, if not we will ask players to cashout the money, we will post about that through the next weeks.
2. yes all tournaments will stay (including mammoth and ladies tournaments)
3.Only new script allows such feature, sorry not yet ready
