Upgrade to real money account???

hiya

Sorry if this has been discussed previously. If so please re-direct me and close this thread.

I'm selling a card back for $6.74 via outlaws (which was trhe amount of real money i had in my account pre new script). It won't let me and is saying the following, "You haven't upgraded yet your poker account to 'real money'".

I have signed in and im looking about under 'my account' and getting nowhere fast.

Can someone kindly advise exactly how I action this upgrade?

When i click on upgrade account i get the following:

"IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You do not have authorization to enter this area. Please make sure you follow all links correctly"


Therefore i'm still stuck sorry

Try loggin out from forum and clear all cookies then retry, strange issue

I just logged out, cleared cookies and rebooted comp and tried again, still getting the above message

ok checked and you can't upgrade because you are yet a real money player... I don't understand why you are seeing such message in outlaws, forwarded the issue to Quagan

Just in chat with the 24hour team there - never really got anywhere tbh. The lady wasnt too sure what i was on about and said, "you do not need to ugrade your account to real money, you are a real money player in the system, ignore the message, as it does not show the reality"

What is going on then - im getting messages saying i dont have a real account set up on new script (which seems correct to me as I ain't done anything on the new script to say i want one). Yet the 24 hour team said i am already a real money player in the system!!! Im confused as this doesn't make sense!!

So, when I go to actually upgrade my account to real money i dont have authorization to do so.

All I want is the username of 'Denham' to be able to play real money tables and obv i can't as i can't upgrade.

I bought a card from another member of this site on Outlaws pre the script change for $6.74 so as of the script change i was on $0.00 and I have just been informed by this member that i can now sell them that card back for $6.74 which I am trying to do but can't as i have not upgraded to a 'real money' account and when i do go to upgrade to a 'real money' account it won't let me.

Why has no-one else had this issue?

I actually don't know what to do now.

Will i not be able to get this $6.74 now? So i will be on $0.00, say i enter a freeroll tourney and get placed will the monies even show under real money under my username???

I've replied to you yet, forwarded to Quagan... Which page is showing you such error message exactly?

1. "You haven't upgraded yet your poker account to 'real money'" - This message comes up whilst im on Outlaws as soon as i go to sell a card back for $6.74

2. "IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You do not have authorization to enter this area. Please make sure you follow all links correctly" - This message comes up whilst im on 'My Account' and click on 'Upgrade Account'

1- I bet it's a bug on an outlaws page, Quagan coded that part so it will be easier if he could check, if he can't I will check the code soon (in a few hours max)

2- you are seeing that message because your account is a real money one yet, as support said to you you don't need to upgrade.

Please be patient, it will be fixed
