I think the funniest thing apart from Torres costing way too much, was carrol for 40 mill lmao! This isnt a sport anymore....pure business :P

well they bought carrol for the same price that barca bought Villa for... and i mean for that price, i know which one i'd rather have :P

Happy to see torres arrive at chelsea,but 50 million is well over the top,for a player who is injury prone.
Hope he stays injurie free,an brings the best out of drogba again,not a bad front pair,who will do a lot of damage all being well.
As for any carroll,thats a big price tag to put on a 22 year old player,hope he copes an has a bright future for both liverpool an england.

Following on from are footballers worth it, to me no, however just think girls what would happen if blokes didn't disappear to footy matches on a Saturday afternoon ........or Sunday for that matter.........we wouldn't have time to go shopping !!!!!!!
