So he's off teh hook? Guess u could be right with that, keep his price up by not adding this charge on him.

fined four weeks wages and a two week ban(deemed already served) whats even more ridiculous is he is thinking about suing mancini over defamation of character

now the PFA has issued a statement saying they are backing his appeal of the fine. in my eyes it is backing players that can do as they please. whats the point in player contracts any more?

on a brighter note the club has suggested if they are forced to sell him at a reduced rate they will sue the player for damages. also any plans he has to sue mancini the club will back and pay any costs for the manager.

so the fine has been reduced from 4 weeks to 2 weeks wages as we have to accept the PFA's decision. its out of order, why bother at all when everyone around you is lessening the charges by the day. in my opinion they are saying it will cost you 2 weeks wages to engineer a move out of a 5 year contract.

and it continues

he has flew back to argentina without the clubs permission, resulting in him missing training. how much longer are the governing bodies going to let him take the piss. we tried to punish him and they said it was too harsh. now clearly he doesn't care about the tiny punishments(for him anyway ) we are allowed to dish out.

He's a snake Spoon, if you don't get rid of him he'll contaminate the whole dressing room, maybe Argentina is the best place for him.

and it continues (anyone else a bit bored already?)

apparently tomorrow he is returning to city(how nice of him) and is ready to play again. even wants to try and win over the fans and is willing to say sorry if manchester city feel its necessary. he is even willing to drop his appeal of the recent fine imposed on him. the man just keeps on giving!

on the other hand he has said mancini treated him like a dog because he used a harsh tone when he wanted him to warm up again. im sorry i thought he didnt understand the conversation in the dugout?

anyone else get the feeling he is a bit embarrassed he didnt get sold and needs to improve his image if anyone is willing to match the valuation we have put on him?

if he plays for us again i will be very disappointed

not long after it all happened mancini extended the olive branch and said if you apologise all would be forgotten. why has it took this long? there will be a small handful that will agree with your first comment. im not one. he has had more than enough chances to do this. bit suspect its after the transfer market has shut.

was joint top scorer in the prem last season along with berbatov(if i spelt that right lol)

from what i know of the possible transfers was no one was willing to meet our valuation of what city wanted for him. AC wanted him on loan when we said he was only for sale. inter didnt want to pay what we was asking and psg came in too late and wanted more time to thrash out a deal.

imo he is using us again as a way to improve his stock so he can get his big money move come next window.

we are still top of the league with players to come back, toures and mario. we are doing fine without
