Default Golf bet
I had a five pound bet on Dustin Johnson to win the US PGA championship. I sat and watched him seem to lose all chance and had given up hope until he set off down the last only needing a par for my bet to pay out. In the rough, oh no, big swish back into the rough, no chance, brilliant chip eight foot putt to win, missed it, oh well at least he's in a play-off. Oh bugger, what a stupid rule, if thats a bunker my back garden is a tropical paradise. I go to bed steaming, lost at Golf, bumped into the biggest plonker bingoing in the NY times. I wake up this morning, check my e-mails and find that Paddy Power bookmakers have refunded my losing bet, they must be making a bomb to give me my money back, lol.

|So agree Fred, guess it could have been worse if he would have made that putt for the win only to have it taken away from him. A lot of the rules in golf are stupid. That certainly didnt look like a bunker to me either. Apparently Stuart Appleby had the same thing happen to him. So wanted Bubba to win after that, but lost that one too!

German's won at last lol. I felt so sorry for Johnson, as you say Rad it was a good job he didn't sink the putt
