i think so m8,with the african nations coming up.
we are going to lose 4 players,an with the ban unable to add anyone to the squad at an important time of the season.
dont get me wrong,chelsea will get a transfer ban,its called using the system to your advantage.a little bit of breathing space to buy players until the bans comes into place.
just hope they dont stop at chelsea,an investigate many other teams.
to be singled out,as the only team that has tapped up players is wrong.

The player's so called contract with Lens was worthless, it didn't mean a thing legally.
Chelsea only had to pay compensation as he was/is still a young player.
They still have to disclose the payment made to the F.A and the F.F.F,
