Default Slicks Football Special...The Punters Pal.

I'll be posting regular football tips on this thread and starting today im selecting three teams.
Charlton Atheletic
Rotherham United
Dagenham & Redbridge

Charlton have started the season in tremendous fashion with six straight wins and today they take on Southamton, who on there travels have managed only one point from six games.

Rotherham, the high flyers of league two play host to morecombe, Rotherhams 100% home record this season should continue against lowly morecombes leaky defence.

Dagenham & Redbridges impresive home form should continue at the expense of chesterfield, whos dodgy away form may well continue having failed to win in there last six away games.

If you wager 20,000 credits on the three teams in a straight treble, you'll be getting odds of around 4-1 Goodluck. Steve.

Hello punters, if your fancying a dabble on the footy tonight please be aware. Top premiership teams field a weaker side, especially when playing lower league opposition in the carling cup. With that being said theres still a few tasty ties, Blackburn look good value at 13-10 away to Notts Forest. Bolton also look tempting value at 7-5 they host West Ham Utd. Even though there current league position is'nt to inspiring they put up a sterling effort against liverpool and were very unlucky not to grab a point. For the Treble I go with Liverpool, who travel to elland road to play Leeds Utd. I think Liverpool will have to many guns for Leeds and at 8-11 could make up a good treble. All these odds are with William Hill, but I dont know what bookie format chippy will go off.

Blackburn Rovers 13-10
Bolton Wanderers 7-5
Liverpool 8-11

A 50,000 credit treble will fetch around. 475,000 credits.

For the safe punter, I reccommend a 10,000 credits patent. The bet consists of 3 singles, 3 doubles and a treble. Total stake 70,000 Credits.

Theres also a full line up in the blue square premier league and I reccommend 3 teams.

Kidderminster Harriers 23-20
Ruashden And Diamonds 10-11
Oxford United 6-5

Again I would advise the same bet as above. Good Luck. Steve.

I hope you were all on Liverpool last night 'as they were my banker bet' especially at the generous odds of 3/1 courtesy of our new bookie street66.

To-nights footy see's more carling cup tie's and the three teams that stand out are Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City. If they all field strong sides they should see off the likes of Cardiff City, Preston and Fulham.

I would reccommend a 50,000 Credits Treble.

For my bankers of the night im looking at the spanish side Espanyol, who host Malaga and as they have already recorded a 3-0 victory over them this season, its difficult seeing Malaga reversing the form. At the tasty odds of Even money I reccommend 100,000 Credits to win. Good luck with those. Steve.

Hey punters, with saturday approaching fast its time for some footy tips. I fancy Six teams this weekend from the lower leagues, the reason Im not selecting teams from the premiership is because I dont see any value. Im tipping Watford Town and Colchester United, both teams are playing away. Watford travel to reading and Colchester visit Tranmere Rovers, I think watford could be the real value bet at 12-5. Reading have only managed to score Six goals so far this season and Five of those have been away from home. Watford have decent away form, having lost only One this season they could well continue the good run. I strongly fancy free scoring Colchester United to beat Tranmere Rovers who are currently 2nd from bottom and have conceded 20 goals already this season.

Watford Town 12-5
Colchester United 13-10

I reccommend two 50,000 wins and a 50,000 double, thats 150,000 Credits and if both win you will have 676,000 Credits back. Steve. Slick The Punters Pal. My other 4 teams are to follow, so look out on this thread tomorrow.

I have already tipped Watford Town and Colchester United to win on saturday. Heres Four more that wont be far away.

Gillingham 7-5
Swindon Town 8-11
Linclon City 16-5
Grimsby Town 5-6

Gillingham Have only conceded 1 goal at home this season and look great value at 7-5, they host Norwich City who have only managed 1 win away from home so far, so a home win looks likely.

Swindon Town Take on struggling wycombe, who are finding life difficult in the step up to league 1 and with Swindons fine home record I see this tie going only One way.

Lincoln City Travel to Bury and even though they are lacking in consistency they might spring a bit of a suprise. However it'll be no suprise to me as Bury's home form reads played 4 lost 4 and have even failed to score a single goal. So at 16-5 Lincoln could prove great value.

Grimsby Town Have been far from inspiring so far this season, but should take care of Darlington who are rock bottom with only 1 point.

I reccommend, Four 50,000 Credit wins and a 10,000 Credit Yankee, Total stake = 310,000 Credits.

My weekend banker has to be Colchester United, they are 13-10 so I recommend 200,000 Credits to win. P.S I have done a previous write up on Colchester on this same thread so please, be my guest. Steve. 'Good Luck' Slick The Punters Pal.

Todays Bankers has to be Burnley, they face a home tie against Wigan Athletic. Burnley's home record so far this season reads "Played 4 Won 4" Drawn none, Lost none. Whereas Wigan's away record is Played 4, Won 1 and Lost 3 and at the odds of 11-8 I think its the steal of the day so lump on Burnley. Steve.
