Is it all about disposable amounts... ie.. free chips or cash money. If i play a 10center cash sng im reasonably loose with the cards i play and generally do well. When playing Bc i usually do well more oftern than not.. won a few medals.. Now, if i step a level higher and play the mammoth or buy-in cash game.. my physical/mental approach changes.. why? why should it change? If i adopted the same attitued to the higher value game as i do to free chip or lower cash games i wouldnt be posting this thread... How can i transfer my style of play ive adopt with free chips to a higher value game?

An optimist will remember all the times they win big and forget all the losses (even if it's more losses than wins). A pessimist focuses on every bad beat and suckout and forgets all their successes. Maybe you are optimistic when playing cheap and pessimistic when you play up.

what u got there is 'scared money syndrome' (doesnt exist i made it up so whatever) if u feel that stepping up is not in ur limit then ur gonna tighten up, be scared of making mistakes, and that's no good cos you'll instantly give everyone the impression that you can be bluffed out easier. Stick with what ur comfy with and u wont have any problems ![]() kwak
