the only way id play a 4 is if i had an A or K kicker off flop!! a 4 is trash and unless you are delt A4 K4 or 4 with a suited connector it is always trash only play them if they are free=BIG Blind

The best thing to do is fold in this situation because there are too many over cards, unless you're feeling lucky and think you can hit a set or quads with a good turn and river. Just remember it's a free site and the chips aren't real, so just play that low pair if you want to.

i would always fold, even with a high kicker...unless i had A/K4 suited and needed 1 more for a flush...

Depends on the situation , in a tourney and if you are low on chips and gonna be out before gaining back your buy-in I would fold else you will lose allot on the bets , if you got enough chips call the bets and hope for a 2nd 4 to drop to make a 3 of a kind or maybe a 4's over what else you got as a kicker.
Maybe even dream of a 4 4's lol

forestking is 100% correct. It is fake money, so if you want to call, do it, but i would advise you to not if you value these chips.

My advice;

Fold your hand pre-flop if it contains a four!!!!

Don't bother wasting your chips on junk hands; the only chance you have to win in this example is with a set of foursr or by making two pair, and even that might not be good enough.

Disclaimer: The only time you want to be playing a four before flop is if it is one vs one. If you pair up the fours after flop in a one on one then you can look at betting.

With all due respect, ignore those who say "call if you want to because its free." If you want to improve your poker skills, its always important to approach each tourney with a good winning attitude, even if it is fake money. I agree with Robbie and collingwood. Fold pre-flop or, in your situation, the hand's risks far outweigh the benefits of a call, so fold.

Personally i wouldn't call unless you know that the player who raised is a common bluffer then it all comes down to your read on them

Fold dude you either raise him or fold. Since you did not list raise as an option, you fold

raise should be an option.

are there 3 spades out there? if so, fold.

how bigs your kicker? culd he/she also have a 4, and be semi-bluffing you?

culd u raise him/her in order to find out what he's/she's got? if its, say, a 'continue bet', he/she may be bluffing. Raise the hand to find out.

There are only 3 options, but SEVERAL ways to analyse the situation, and so many different possible scenario's u could set in that hand situation.
The person who just bet, does he/she bet often? a betting reflex maybe?

If u want, at anytime to find out if someoen's bluffing, raise it--- but please analyse carefully first, and it massively depends on chip count, AND position of the table.

When you play against me,it's an easy choice on every hand...if I bet,you call me then you fold.If I don't bet,it's up to you.

In case this comes over wrong,it's a joke folks. First you raise me,then you call me,then you fold.

:-)
