hand history...did i do right

the following is a hand i played a few days ago and wondered how some of you would have played it out. its a sng cash game.

1: was my initial raise before the flop the correct move

2: was my continuation bet the correct move?

3: should i have called to see the turn or was my fold the right move... bearing in mind the turn card that came gave me a k high straigh but with the threat of a flush which could have got me in deeper trouble?

Personally I would not be raising with KJ in an early position, but having said that the flop was not too bad. I was trying to work out the pot odds there, to gamble another 140 against a pot of 540 for an open ended draw I might just have had a punt, but too often I find myself chasing open draws, obviously the 9 came on the turn here you probably had the winning hand, but in that kind of situation once you make the call on the turn if you don't hit it makes you open to call another raise trying to redeem all on the river, which can be very expensive of even fatal.

I guess you made the right call to fold, it's just one of those where you end up spitting nails because you hit a good hand when you do so.
