Default play the cards you have!

It's a bit of advice I recieved years ago....play the cards you have in your hand....not the ones you want that are still in the pack!! It always works for me.

That is a very good game to play, but what happens if you go card dead and start to get blinded.

An occasional bluff is needed if you want to keep yourself in the runnings.

There are hands where you have better odds of beating them with a draw...i.e. flopping an open ended straight flush draw with two overs against bottom pair. I think thats what you mean. But the occasional bluff doesnt hurt either.
