Playin with a 10 and a 4

It seems like i always end up havin the hand of 10 and a 4 most of the time they are offsuited. Does anyone have any tips for me for this type of hand?

Yes actually I have a good tip for you moonshine. Dont bother to attempt to play that hand unless it is free to check.

Bad players play well with good cards but good players play well with any!

If you are at the button, the small blind or the big blind AND your M value (i.e. stack divided by big blind) is somewhere between 8 and 15 or higher AND no one has raised wildly at preflop, then you can attempt a small check bet to make weak players fold at the flop, you can also float the flop (check on google) if there has been a raise at preoflop and shoot a second bullet at the turn to scare your opponents. It only works if they have average or bad hands, if not, you know you should fold... If you are at another position, I agree with Baz, fold, patience and wait for something better...

I'd say... If you're on a really passive table and you're acting first, and the blinds are at the lower levels, you can try stealing the blinds by raising 4 times the big blind... Hit a 10/4 and no-one will see you coming... Be careful though!

Fold it unless you are in the blinds and there isn't a raise.

Good point worz I like ur advice the most cause if i just fold everytime i get it ill never get newhere at my table lol. Cause i always get this hand

i have a tip i say you bluf keep raising the bet by a big amount and there bound to fold after a while giveing you the win for nothing

if you follow that advice you will be out of chips fast. i will usually at least see the flop with those cards as long as somebody doesn't raise the blinds 4x or more.
