I WOULD SAY NEVER DEFEND YOUR BLIND, ATTACK WITH IT OR FOLD IT, THIS IS NOT A DEFENSIVE GAME

Yes ... Quite simply upon folding I throw my junk Ace rag at their face in a ninja death star sort of trick a me flip and hopefully take an eye or two out ... after that I grab my chips and run before their vision returns.

DON'T RAISE MY BB

once your blind is in the pot you need to consider it not yours any more and stick to playing the cards in frount of you so if you need to fold then fold dont play just because you feel you alredy have chips in the pot .
but remeber even as a tight player you will need to become a lot more agresive in the late stages of a torny and when it comes to heads up you realy need to lower your starting hand seletion with only 2 players in a hand k and even Q high can become premeam hands

the way i look at blinds, is they are youre fee for the privalage of playing on that table. they dont belong to you.
its funny how many players call a raise when they are on the big blind with bellow average hands, just fold it...

take advantage of the situation, if the player who is raising you is aggresive, re-raise him lighter then you normally would. whereas, if they are tighter, tighten up your range...
but power play is always good, reraising them works most of the time.. unless they are a giant fish
