OK, here my logic on this hand:

Just called preflop because the hand was just average and bad position.

Flopped a flush with three spades on the flop: Just bet 30, didn't want to scare anyone off the hand. Bet was re-raised to $330. I'm thinking could be holding a flush A high which would beat my K high. To test I re-raise to $600. Get called and thinking miataguy must have the A high flush.

Turn comes an A of spades which gives me the A high flush. I check to see the bet. Surprise I get a return check.

River get another A. 1500 in the pot only 425 chips left. I go all in.

Maybe I should have went all in on the turn but I think it would have been called with only 425 chips left.

What would you have done?????

I'd say it was a bit of bad luck on the river. You must have tought you had it won when the As hit on the turn. Miataguys post flop raise may have given a clue tht he has 6's but it's easy to say that with hindsight.

I would probably have done the same as you and checked on the turn to try and get a bit more value. As for the river , it's a tough one, sometimes it's easy to get caught up in your own hand and miss the potential of what is on the board.

I think I would have played the hand much the same way as you. There was a good chance that you were beaten and were pretty much pot committed ,so I can understand the ALL-IN after the river.

think this is 1 of them hands you was always going to lose as i dont think he would of folded at any point but i think the only difrence id of made would be id of pushed after the tern when i know i was winning but when he had just hit trip ace's he probably would of called even though he must of knowen he was losing at that point
