1. 2-7 (offsuit) This is the worst hand to start with in Texas Hold 'Em Poker because there are so few good options: you have no straight draw, no flush draw, and even if you wind up with a pair of 7s or a pair of 2s, you're very unlikely to have the best hand. Of course, you'll see some crazy flops every now and then. But just because you might see a rare 7-7-2 flop once in a blue moon doesn't make this a good hand to play. 2. 2-8 (offsuit) See above. This is only slightly better than a 2-7 offsuit because the 8 is better than the 7. 3. 3-8 (offsuit) Another horrible starting hand for Texas Holdem Poker. 4. 2-9 (offsuit) This hand is only slightly better than the ones listed above. 5. 2-6 (offsuit) Of the 169 possible starting hands in Texas Hold 'Em Poker, this one ranks 165th. Not something to be proud of. Taken from: http://boardgames.about.com/od/poker...t_starting.htm

QQ is by far the worst hand to get. It leads you into a false sense of security because 9 times out of 10 the flop will give somebody a flush or straight draw and usually a K or A comes out for good measure. I hate any hand with a Q in it though so i am talking tripe really. On the subject of Queens i do like the band and good old liz the second. Don't like Latifah though cos she can't act

Very funny ... I agree with the QQ thing.. interestingly (according to my Book) JJ only has a 30% chance of winning against random hands.

By the way I have bombed out of 2 Tourney's today with KK I lost to 3 5s and 3 10s.. Trouble is they are just so hard to fold.. I guess thats the difference between an average and great poker player..

after these little combos, i say next worst hands are: A-K-Q + 8-7-6-5-4-3-2 Only A+2-3 are exceptions cos you can make straight with them. P.S. Is that normal that 30% of my hands are Q+4/5/6/7/8 ??? I get them so often, and lately always trow them away. Queen is soo bad card i hate it;<
