Tournaments......

Have played quite a few mini-tourneys now but never an on-going tournament. How exactly does it work??? Does it mean I have to be seated at the table at a certain time everyday, (only trouble is that annoying thing called work just gets in the way!!!!!) If I enter do i have to commit myself for x amount of time???? And if i'm not there do i lose my chips and position???? Can someone please put some light on for me please as, well, I haven't got a clue how it works but want some of the action

Hey Priceye Mulit- table tourneys run every 5 hours, so the one at 3 today will happen at 4 tommorrow. They last anywhere from 2-4 hourse buy in is set but if you don't arrive by the third hand ya get booted.

They are a lot of fun you should give it a try

they are awesome. just play conservative in the beginning, you dont have to be a chip leader in the beginning to win it or get to the top 15. its pretty self explanitory. once you register for it (pay the set amount) you can take your money back anytime before the registering ends. the tourney starts 5 minutes after the set time, so that everyone can be seated and get ready. the top 15 places get paid. you have to stay as long as you last. its an elimination tournament so when you have no chips left you are done. last one standing wins. once they tables get down to a few players they automatically combine so that you are always playing with a lot of people and not head to head. i will see you in the next tourney =) good luck
