I've been thinkin' of depositing money for a wee while and im not full of confidence in case there's any probs that side of the game. Just a pity i bought the damn voucher yesterday!!!!!

This is purely down to lack of customer service support from 24/7 and it's gonna darken the name of OP66 for no good reason.

The quicker this site breaks with pitballs (if possible in the future) the better. Thats where part of the problem lies.

U dont need say sorry for anything HMAN and neither does anybody involved with OP66.
We all know that OP66 has ways of dealing with op66 people who rule break.
Its just a real shame that its not the same across the board.

Cant see BlackLava being at all happy about the outcome of that conversation,afterall,i would think that most of the paying customers started on the free chip side first and would be discouraged from depositing if they had no confidence it 24/7 help.
I never thought at the time of this complaint but ive played chipwise on a freeroll where she kept re-buying everytime she got knocked out in order to keep abusing people.I complained about that incident to,thats gotta be classed as money side.
All this has got me thinking about going back to 24/7 today and seeing what happens when i try logging a formal complaint about ellen.Bet u'd all like to see that conversation too

I said about 6 months ago that 24/7 was automated when they insisted on calling me sir even though it said HELEN ! I jokingly said how many men do you know called Helen and they said sorry sir and carried on regardless!

Worst PR campaign for who, OP66 or 24/7? We at OP66 do what we can with our members. It is up to 24/7 to field all the inquiries for the other sites. 24/7 has a three warning system whereas OP66 handles each situation a little differently. I am not a fan of the three warning system at all and it is known but they have their company rules, we have ours.

I dont think they have any rules at all concerning abusive players.Chipwise has been reported by myself 3 times and who knows how many times by other people.
Its a shame that when you go to 24/7 that there is an OP66 logo on the right hand side as if its OP66 staff.
They are dragging this site down with their lack of respect for what Blacklava has achieved here.
