sorry for delay, the first attack was handled but there are new issues behind (attack on other servers than gaming one but on the same IP "subnet" which mean the same group of servers used for poker... hosting has turned off gaming server to ensure security and the team here is dealing with the hosting company linked to the hacker/bomber to block him totally)
It seems that the primary server which was protected by blockdos system is free of hassle BUT targeting the hosting center and others subnets is a big issue too, when things will be back on I hope the network could buy the same protection on the whole park
The delays are coming from the communication between hosting company too... Some of those got no direct 24/7 phone support.

It's really hard for the nerves to face such issues and suffer delays... I really hope for a fix soon now.

Sorry for the actual issue if you're playing free or not
(St_Jimmy is right : I'm reading "it's free so it's ok" but we have real money players too who could consider such downtime as a loss...)

Yes DrZed it's a good summary. Still no efficient answer so far and it's mostly in the hand of hosting companies techs...
We'll need to work hard when things will be back on too but no worry about that.

Sorry to hear your having a completely hair pulling experience MrBL.
What a nightmare.All your hard work,time and expences undone by these spammers and by the other networked sites that were not able to mirror your actions.
I do not fully understand the issues but it sounds (to me) like its not something that OP66 or the network controllers can do anything about unless they cut their links with the problematic poker sites that use the main server.
Im going to stop typing now because im completely out of my depth and no doubt im talking complete rubbish.
Good luck in sorting out the issues.

Lava while you're going completly bonkers trying to get this mess sorted out you may want to have someone who is a wee bit less stressed to give the FBI internet fraud guys a call. They can't fix the problem but they may be able to give those fools who did this temporary residence for say a few years or so.
