Default analizing hand history

just wondering if anyone use's there hand history and looks back at the way they played a session or tourney to try and pinpoint own weaknesses.

or do you find over analising makes things worse

I tend to look back through one or two hands every so often no more than that...

Reviewing my games lately would be too depressing.

My main fault is impatience or frustration depending what you prefer to call it.

Until I can consistently correct this, I would be wasting my time analysing my hand history. There are bound to be other lessons to be learnt too, but I realise that I have to learn to be more patient before moving on to other things.

I don't think analizing helps. Poker is a big matter of luck and thinking in the situation, analizing can't really help you there.
