| just wondering if anyone use's there hand history and looks back at the way they played a session or tourney to try and pinpoint own weaknesses. or do you find over analising makes things worse |

| I tend to look back through one or two hands every so often no more than that... |

| My main fault is impatience or frustration depending what you prefer to call it. Until I can consistently correct this, I would be wasting my time analysing my hand history. There are bound to be other lessons to be learnt too, but I realise that I have to learn to be more patient before moving on to other things.

| I don't think analizing helps. Poker is a big matter of luck and thinking in the situation, analizing can't really help you there. |

| I can never remember a hand i wanna go bak n look at or what i could gain from it.I always just think people are bluffin me lol
