I have spoken to Tournaments personally again, and they inform me that they have now received all the tournament details and are inputting them into the system.
I bumped into one of the guys from tourney management in the lunch room, he already had all the info required but he's doing so well on PS3 playing Call of Duty it's just gonna have to wait until he gets killed. "Just feed them some stuff to buy a bit of time OK, I'm not gonna lose this game for those free chips players"

Unfortunately, this does take some time to do and it will be later this week when the tournaments will be showing in the Lobby.
He's actually doing so well in the game that it's unlikely he's gonna be killed any time soon, and he also told me "Anyhow I have Wednesday off to go play golf so I'm not gonna bother with any of that until at least Thursday"

I understand how frustrating this is for you and all our members especially as you are all fired up to play and raring to go. I wish I could speed this up for you; and I would if I could.
Jeez let it drop will ya!. You lot need to either play the money side or just get a life. Your starting to bug me now with all these emails. I wish I could block you!

No sense trying to translate, Steve... it's just a load of rubbish. Lynda has been very nice / thoughtful in her replies to Sharron... but there is still NO INSIGHT as to what is behind these never-ending disruptions... true, "it's only the free chips side"... but there are PLENTY of players who play "free chips" that ALSO play the cash side... alientating your base, INCLUDING THE CASH PLAYERS, is NOT a smart business model. There are other options.........

I understand completely what you say about the tournaments that it should be easy and straightforward just to upload the same details each month.
Yea yea yea, you told me all this last time, and the time before,....blah blah blah blah blah..........jeez

However, tournaments are actually reviewed each month, On the last Friday of each month we all go to the pub for the afternoon. Have a few laughs, a few drinks, shoot some pool, a bit of karaoke, catch up on gossip etc etc so Tournaments Department Tom always send the list of tournaments currently running the the Card Room Management Dan before the end of each month to ask if they would like the same, or any alterations.
While we're at the pub Tom asks Dan if he wants to change anything for next month, if he remembers that is. Dan tells Tom he needs to review things with his 'team'. Which actually means he's going to use it as excuse to talk to the hot chick Monica, the 2nd female dealer on the tables, hoping he can chat her up and get a date for the weekend. So he tells Tom he'll let him know on Monday.

Once the confirmation is received from Card Room Management (If Tom gets a reply from Dan) the tournaments are then updated onto the system.

If Dan got lucky and had a great weekend with Monica he turns up at work bright and early on Monday morning, tells Tom what games to load, and even helps him do it cos he's as happy as a pig in you know what.

But if he got the brush off from Monica at the pub on Friday he usually spends all weekend drowning his sorrows, and is too hungover to even come to work on Monday....finally stumbling in on Tuesday afternoon. But even then it's only because he's been missing seeing Monica around the office. If he remembers he might give Tom a vague idea of what games to load, but he's so busy trying to get back in Monica's good books he usually forgets.

As you correctly noted, there is a time difference to be made twice a year also and that takes place both this month and next month - USA and Canada in November, other time zones at the end of October.
Every now and then, maybe a couple of times a year, Monica gets well and truly plastered at the pub and Dan gets lucky. This ends up with the pair of them going awol for a few days and leaves everyone here in the office not knowing what games to load until Dan finally comes back to work, several days late.

Please be assured that the tournament update was not forgotten about it was just a question of logistics to get the details confirmed and loaded back onto the systems.
Obviously Dan isn't usually Monica's idea of a hot date!!!! The sad git got the flick yet again lol

We appreciate your loyalty towards our card room and we also thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
I really can't believe you and all those other idiots are still waiting for the games to be loaded lol

Wow still no tournaments. Me thinks something bigger is going on, I truly dont get it, WHAT IS THE HOLD UP. They are well aware of the problem by now. Hell itll be next month and time to forget to programm in tourneys again before they get this fixed
