Cheating

Hello,

I am new and i have read a post where someone said that they thought that they were in a room and it seemed as though one single person was controlling the entire table by logging in to several different accounts that they created and were betting all of the money from the phoney accounts and folding so that their main account could rack up the money. Well, i had to try this just to see if it could be done and i was able to get two different players in a room that was empty and play a game and fold all of the money from one account to my main account. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN I PROMISE, but, it can be done. First of all why would anyone want to cheat when you can keep getting 1000 dollars whenever you run out????? That is lame. I didnt even want to post this because it might give some members that idea to do it, but the post that i read said that it was thought that that was happening. Well, it can happen i proved that. I just thought that i would bring it to the attention of all members so that we can all look out for that and report it. It was my intention to try it and if it worked then i would tell everyone so that we could all lookmout for those kinds of cheaters. Everyday that i play i will spend a few minutes getting into tables that have 3, 4, and 5 players in it to see if it is someone cheating so that i can report it. I hope this message doesnt encourage anyone to cheat in that manner and i hope that this post will help all members to look for that kind of cheating. I HATE CHEATERS

p.s. i have posted a poll to see if members think that my message should have been posted or should a member just report that kind of cheating and not posting it so that cheaters dont try it.

Cheaters are relativly easy to spot as they always have stupid names like bfooklsty or hgtyufji, I mean they can't even be bothered to put in a decent name. There will always be people like this in games but it just seems pointless to me as there not like normal bots from mmorpg games because all there efforts mean nothing as there's no real money to be made from selling in game weapons or anything like that.
Im sure everyone knows about these cheaters but just ignore them because if there wasting there lives getting fake money that has no real gain then there the ones that's losing out, not us.

Those guys creating more than one account to cheat are only on low tables... No big worry, if you see same names or players suspected to be cheating like that, forward that to a moderator, he have access to the database and can check there if the IP is the same or not for those players.

do you realise how long it would take you to get enough chips to be a problem??? Seems alot of work for little pay if you ask me!! In the 5 mins it takes to beat your self and make 5k i can win 30k!! Seems like the hard way to make $$$ if you ask me!! Might be diff if you had 10 accounts at the same table!!! Odd how peeps try to cheat a free site!!

Very odd indeed. Go to the list of shame thread you will see the players with over 100K or very close to it playing at the newbies or learning table. I have been cruising those tables and found alot of players there when it clearly states you can not play on these table if you have either 2K or 10K. So I will be listing these players here. Some people just need to cheat I guess. Maybe we should take the 2K or 10K off the player for doing such.

I would say take off the extra, leaving them with only 2K or 10K if thats the table they like.

speaking of cheating, i have recently heard of chip dumping an people getting banned for it, what is it and how do i spot it?
