a craazy 48 hrs.

woke up thursday a.m and tried to play the Hets. but my side was hurting me sooo bad i couldn't think str8. so i got my chips in and went out happy not to hafta think about it anymore. ate a couple lortabs and slept till 6 that evening. woke to a blinding pain in my side. wife wanted to take me to the hospital.......but no friggin way was i gonna miss my beloved University of South Alabama become the 2010 BCS CHAMPIONS.. RRROLLLLLL TIIIIDE. after the game was completed, and the crystal ball was hoisted, 2 tabs and str8 to bed. 1:00 A.M friday up in the bathroom moaning and blowing chunks (eeew). a short ride in the ambulance and a couple hrs later and i'm doped upin a recovery room minus 1 apendix that had gone sour. so here i am. in owwwwsville for a few days.. wifey wont leave the lappy with me (says i won't sleep if i have it lol) so cheers to all seeyas in a few days. we did it bamarolltide woooooppppppppp woooooooooppppppppp champions again .

i'm home now. i feel alot better than i did. thanks for all the get well wishes. i really appreciate them. let me tell all the guys here (and some of the ladies 2) I've always been the "macho" type that said Doctors make you sick. but make no mistakes, when you know deep in your heart that something is amiss.. don't try to medicate it away. put all the machismo and stubbornness away. take it to the people who know what they're doing. don't let a game or ego or pride be your downfall. i went 2 days with a ruptured appendix and it nearly killed me. i'm thankfull to be alive and ufortunately i hafta take some earbashing from the missus for a couple of years from this episode lol

At least you can tell people the scar is from a fight with a wild beast or something lol that'l help with the macho ego until ya wife opens her mouth and spills the beans grrr

lmao yeahh thats it it was a rare 1 toed polar bear.....he just knicked me a bit . it coulda been much worse. i barely got away from him...lol

glad ur ok tat as a burst one is not nice, i was on a ship when mine went had to get taken off at cape town and hospitalised there then 6 weeks rnr at home, just take it easy
