Hi Aus,

Got bronze medal from KingPete, but the points and medal places from 6th no show as yet. I have sent an e-mail but the response was it has been forwarded to a manager.

Today won a Gold in Wombats so very happy bunny!

sym - i think Aus is pointing out that its a problem for everyone and the mods couldn't possibly pm everyone who asks about missing medals etc that's why there is a thread on the forum which should be checked first, before pming.

Thank you Bettyxx However, is this supposed to be a business presumably run out of an office somewhere on this earth.

Professionalism is required, when e-mails aren't being sent to confirm a win, points aren't being updated, heaven help the cash players!!!!

Perhaps if someone could explain who runs this business/site why are they obviously understaffed or has everyone taken their holidays in June. If so, no it wouldn't be difficult for messages to be posted stating the fact.

We all know how the world is run , sadly these days by people who need to be a bit more devoted to their work rather than play!!!!

Yes my blood pressure has gone up, but it needed to be said and as an old fart nor do I care what terrible woes you will inflict on me for speaking my mind thank you!!

Think of me like Kathy Bates in Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe................ I'm older and have more insurance!!!!!!!!

YesDarcy, we are having problems with medal points , updates, e-mails you just name it but if you dare to speak up they lock the thread, typically unprofessional ---------- reminds me of the second world war and no I wasn't there!!!!!!!

yes we are aware of the problem of missing medals and points, now if it was a real money/voulcher issue then yes e-mailing support or contacting 24/7 would resolve the problem immediatly

and would be rectified

but these are r own OP66 tourneys (not network) and the medals points etc: is controlled by just us

we have had this glitch before and got corrected, it seems to happen when we have the missing tournament problem at the month start, and yes we unfortunatly just had one

so now all missing medals/points will have to be added manually, mormally done by Quagan, i'm not sure if he is busy working on something else, but i assure you everyone will get what they have won back

firstly, he will need a start and end point thats missing, then manually go through them 1 by 1 and add

please just be patient until it is rectified, hopefully soon

Thank you Kev, that's all I needed to know. Very well explained and now I understand how it works and the problems you have rectifying it.

A full answer is always better for the customer/ player than a put off.

Not everyone knows how this works and not everyone wants to read the small print.
