it was an addiction for me but after around 3 months i have been able to control it to be perfectly hnest i must actually play poker on here like 3 times a week most the time i jus search the forums an post where an when i want but even then i dont seem to be posting as often as i used to but the site is still a great past time when theres nothin else to do

So if I turn the computer on when I get out of bed in the morning and it's the last thing I turn off at night and the only site that I go to is op66 ... does that mean I'm addicted ...

It is very easy to get addicted to this site and it can interfere with your life balance if you let it. But hey think of it this way. If the whole world played on this site , would it be a better place ? Personally I think it would. Not sure if Lava's server would cope if that ever happened, but where else would you get so much fun for free and meet so many great people.

Try moving the computer into the room where your family spends the most time. Then you are spending "family time". (didn't actually go over all that well here, but maybe your family will be different???)
